RETURN POLICY

Products purchased in Lune through our web page, can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product. All costs related to the return process will be charged to the customer.

EXCHANGES

We do not make changes of size or color, so if you want to exchange an item for another, you must make a return and make a new purchase with the desired item. Once the return is received, the refund will be effective, using the same method of payment.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products.

This warranty does not strictly cover damage due to negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
